WTW is seeking a Portfolio Manager to oversee insurer panels across one or more regions. You will lead performance reviews, drive panel optimisation, and manage RFP processes, using data and market insights to deliver strategic recommendations.

The role collaborates closely with brokers, insurers, and finance to ensure strong panel health and commercial outcomes. The position offers hybrid working arrangements in the UK, with a focus on strategic growth, governance, and cross-group initiatives

Qualifications

• Able to think strategically, connecting market, client and business insights to identify opportunities and challenge existing approaches.
• Articulate and able to influence with confidence at all levels.
• Proficient in using core Microsoft products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Power BI is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead periodic panel performance reviews and provide strategic recommendations on panel composition and portfolio optimisation.
• Lead RFPs for panels and evaluate insurer appointments to ensure best practice.
• Analyse data and market insights to assess panel health and insurer performance.
• Support insurers with data analytics and guidance as required.
• Own panel financial performance including budgeting and revenue forecasting.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and insurers.
