Job summary

WTW is seeking a Portfolio Management Director for its Credit Risk Solutions team in the UK. You will manage a portfolio of insurance contracts, service key clients, and drive data‑driven decisions across policy management, reporting, and billing coordination with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Ongoing client servicing, with ongoing policy management and reporting.
• Implement mid-term cover alterations, premium adjustments and instalments, including updating premium schedules, liaising with clients and underwriters, updating Credit Risk Solutions’ ERP (Eclipse).
• Working with placing team to understand and record data accurately and appropriately; reviewing and implementing new reporting structures for data‑driven decisions.
• Liaising with the Mumbai billing team to request invoices, ensuring they are produced accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensuring all relevant data is captured in the Willis systems of record.
• Ensure adherence to group policies, procedures and all regulatory requirements.
• Understand and apply Willis and Credit Risk Solutions procedures.
