Job summary

Willis Towers Watson is expanding its Facultative Reinsurance Client Servicing team in Manchester/Leeds, collaborating with brokers, sales colleagues and international clients. You will manage lifecycle service, coordinate with Mumbai and London teams, and ensure timely documentation and compliance with FCA requirements.

The role emphasizes client relationships, strong communication across global teams, and delivering high-quality service while supporting process improvements and governance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in client servicing within insurance or (re)insurance.
• Good knowledge of the (re)insurance market and ability to address client and technical requirements.
• Strong track record of delivering high-quality client service and building relationships with clients and reinsurers.
• Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop strong relationships with international clients, providing high-quality service.
• Work closely with Brokers and Client Relationship Managers to understand client needs.
• Coordinate the end-to-end placement process with London brokers, clients, global offices and Mumbai team.
• Prepare and issue renewal, placement, policy and mid-term documentation.
• Coordinate with the Mumbai team on invoices and documentation queries.
• Act as a key point of contact for internal and client queries and escalate when needed.
• Support new business requests and maintain placement files and systems.
• Complete required KYC, sanctions and market security checks.
