Job summary

This is a full-time, permanent role with hybrid working (3 days in the office / 2 remote) and hours from 9am-5pm. You will oversee data governance, validation, and collaboration across underwriting, claims and brokers while driving performance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• In-depth insurance and reinsurance expertise across Energy.
• Experience with technical accounting, settlement processes and cash management in the London Market.
• Experience working with outsourced service providers is beneficial.
• Strong relationship-building across business teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee administration of insurance and reinsurance contracts for Energy.
• Validate facultative entries and risks in accounting and underwriting systems.
• Provide strategic oversight of data integrity across assigned Lines of Business.
• Ensure input accuracy and audit of Terms and Conditions in the accounting system.
• Maintain SLA and coordinate with outsourced partners to deliver services.
• Act as liaison between underwriting, claims, brokers, cedents, and outsourced teams.
• Monitor payments and cash flow within the portfolio.
