Responsibilities

• Ongoing client servicing, with ongoing policy management and reporting.
• Implement mid-term cover alterations, premium adjustments and instalments, including updating premium schedules, liaising with clients and underwriters, updating Credit Risk Solutions’ ERP (Eclipse).
• Working with placing team to understand and record data accurately and appropriately; reviewing and implementing new reporting structures for data‑driven decisions.
• Liaising with the Mumbai billing team to request invoices, ensuring they are produced accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensuring all relevant data is captured in the Willis systems of record.
• Ensure adherence to group policies, procedures and all regulatory requirements.
• Understand and apply Willis and Credit Risk Solutions procedures.

Portfolio Management Director
We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join Credit Risk Solutions’ Financial Institutions Team, working specifically within Portfolio Management Team. In this position, the candidate will be responsible for broking and operational management of a portfolio of insurance contracts for key clients. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, internationally focused team while supporting its day-to-day activities and client servicing needs.

The Role:
Principal Duties/Responsibilities

Initial duties/responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Ongoing client servicing, with ongoing policy management and reporting.

• implement mid‑term cover alterations, premium adjustments and instalments, including updating premium schedules, liaising with clients and underwriters, updating Credit Risk Solutions’ ERP (Eclipse), coordinating with the wider team where applicable.
• Working with placing team to understand and record data accurately and appropriately. Reviewing and implementing new reporting structures to address growing demands by clients for more data driven decisions.

• Liaising, with the Mumbai billing team, when required, to request invoices, ensuring they are produced accurately and in a timely manner.

• Ensuring all relevant data is captured in the relevant Willis systems of record

• Ensure adherence to group policies, procedures and all regulatory requirements.

• Understand and apply Willis and Credit Risk Solutions procedures
