Job summary

Bionic Services Ltd invites applications for an Insurance Administrator role based at our London hybrid site. You will join the Insurance Technical Team to support broker activity, manage policy disclosures, and ensure accurate and up-to-date processes for customers.

You’ll work with Sales to provide referrals, prepare routine insurer and sales reports, and help develop controls for renewal journeys while contributing to the weekly technical buzz sessions.

Qualifications

• Confident in working with various stakeholders.
• Effective communication skills and time management skills.
• Able to deliver on KPI’s in fast paced environment.
• Act with the highest ethical standards due to the regulatory environment within the Insurance team.
• Able to use Word, Excel & PowerPoint proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assessing that the correct procedures and disclosures have been made to our insurer partners on policies that have been sold.
• Providing feedback to colleagues where issues have been identified and ensuring that any fixes are completed in a timely fashion.
• Prepare daily and monthly report sales and insurer reports.
• Provide support to sales agents through taking referrals.
• Interacting with the training team to highlight where development issues have been identified.
• Work as part of a team to ensure that our high-quality standards are always adhered too.
• Assisting the Commercial team in building new controls for our other processes around our voice and non-voice renewal journeys.
• Support with the collation of our information and slides for our weekly “technical buzz” sessions.
• Design, develop and maintain our new Insurance Intranet pages adding new content as the Commercial team create it
