Job summary

Bionic is seeking an Insurance Administrator to join our Insurance Technical Team in London on a hybrid basis. You will support insurance broking by managing processes to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer journeys and compliance with our insurer partners.

You’ll work with stakeholders across the business, maintain reports, help with renewal processes, and contribute to the development of our intranet and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Confident communicating with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assess that the correct procedures and disclosures have been made to insurer partners on policies that have been sold.
• Provide feedback to colleagues where issues have been identified and ensure that fixes are completed promptly.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports on sales and insurer activity.
• Provide support to sales agents through taking referrals.
• Collaborate with the training team to highlight development issues.
• Work as part of a team to ensure high-quality standards are maintained.
• Assist the Commercial team in building new controls for renewal journeys (voice and non-voice).
• Support the collation of information and slides for weekly technical buzz sessions.
• Design, develop and maintain the Insurance Intranet pages with new content.
