You will gather stakeholder requirements, develop dashboards, monitor change impacts, and ensure adherence to GDPR, Solvency II, and other regulatory standards while collaborating with IT and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in analysing and documenting requirements across departments.
• Knowledge of GDPR, Solvency II, AML regulations.
• Proficient with process mapping using Visio or similar tools.
• Experience with insurance software platforms like Guidewire or Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document existing operational processes across departments.
• Gather and prioritise business requirements from stakeholders.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations communicating findings.
• Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for cost reduction or improvement.
• Collaborate with operations, IT, and other teams to implement solutions.
• Support change management and ensure adoption of new processes.
• Monitor impact of changes and provide ongoing analysis.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
