Arch Europe Insurance Services Ltd is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to work with Product Owners, Agile Delivery Managers and stakeholders to capture, analyse and document business requirements. You will translate needs into clear functional specifications that support design, development, testing and implementation of business applications and technology solutions.

Formación

• Experience gathering, analysing and documenting business and system requirements.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC.
• Experience producing user stories, process maps and acceptance criteria.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders and end users to elicit, analyse and document requirements.
• Translate requirements into functional and non-functional specs including UI, reporting and data needs.
• Create user stories, process flows and acceptance criteria for software delivery.
• Work with engineers to ensure solutions align with requirements and outcomes.
• Support testing with scenarios, test cases and QA activities.
• Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies throughout delivery lifecycle.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams for shared understanding.
• Document current-state and future-state business processes.
• Assist users with investigation and resolution of system issues.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and suppliers as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of BA best practices and emerging technologies.
• Contribute to improvements of BA processes and templates.
