Job summary

Eames Consulting is supporting a leading specialist insurance business to appoint a Compliance Analyst and bolster its growing compliance function. The role focuses on horizon scanning, regulatory impact assessment, monitoring, sanctions screening and contributing to Consumer Duty and Product Governance.

You will also prepare monthly Compliance MI for management and help investigate breaches, complaints and Errors & Omissions, while supporting ongoing development of the compliance framework.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance monitoring or regulatory compliance role in insurance/financial services.
• Familiarity with FCA requirements, Consumer Duty and Product Governance.
• Knowledge of Lloyd's and non-Lloyd's insurance markets.
• Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regulatory horizon scanning and assess impact of policy developments.
• Undertake compliance monitoring and sanctions screening.
• Support Consumer Duty and Product Governance controls and reviews.
• Prepare monthly Compliance MI and reports for management.
• Manage and investigate breaches, complaints and Errors & Omissions, including root cause analysis.
• Support the development and maintenance of the wider compliance framework.
