Job summary

International in London is seeking an experienced Senior Compliance Analyst II to join our regulatory compliance team. The role partners with the SME business, evaluates FCA/PRA requirements and advises on controls to support responsible growth.

You will monitor regulatory developments, deliver risk-based advisory, governance reports and due diligence on third-party relationships, ensuring effective customer outcomes and alignment with company policies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of compliance experience.
• 5+ years SME market knowledge.
• Knowledge of FCA and PRA rules relating to insurance.
• Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) or equivalent.
• Strong stakeholder management and business acumen.
• Ability to drive operational excellence and innovation.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day compliance advice to UK SB leadership and stakeholders on regulatory requirements.
• Support FCA and PRA regulatory requirements.
• Assess regulatory developments and coordinate implementation activity.
• Advise business leaders with commercially pragmatic regulatory solutions.
• Support Consumer Duty framework implementation and governance.
