Job summary

Atrium is seeking an entry level Compliance Analyst to support the compliance function across the business. The role involves maintaining a robust monitoring framework, performing financial crime checks, and ensuring adherence to conduct risk policies.

You will support across Syndicate and Agency units, liaising with overseas offices on regulatory matters while contributing to timetables and governance as part of a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of financial crime requirements applicable to UK and US financial services firms.
• Familiarity with FCA Handbook, Lloyd’s Byelaws, Regulations and Codes of Conduct.
• Understanding of Lloyd’s managing agencies and London market standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an effective compliance monitoring framework under the Compliance Team.
• Assist with financial crime checks including sanctions screening and AML checks.
• Ensure compliance with Atrium’s complaints handling procedures and Conduct Risk policy.
• Provide guidance to Syndicate and Agency units and overseas offices on regulatory matters as they arise.
• Support administration of the Annual Compliance Workplan and Compliance Reporting Timetable.
