Job summary

Hillcrest Homes is recruiting for a Business Services Officer to join the Corporate Services function in Scotland. You will support insurance-related activities and ensure policies are in place while processing claims, with additional duties in fleet management and internal audit.

The role requires knowledge of insurance processes and the ability to upskill into new areas, plus a SCQF Level 7 qualification. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a 35.25-hour working week.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience of insurances processes and policy requirements.
• Ability to upskill into new areas of work.
• A relevant business-related qualification at a minimum of Level 7 of the Scottish Credit and Qualification Framework (SCQF).

Responsibilities

• Support a variety of functions with a focus on insurance and claims processing.
• Assist the fleet management process.
