Qualifications

• Some knowledge or experience within insurance or financial services is ideal but not essential - full training is provided.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• IT proficiency, including confidence with MS Office.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Insurance Account Handler - Personal Lines

Location: Lanarkshire | Full-time, office-based | Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

The Role

As an Insurance Account Handler in the Personal Lines team, you will manage a portfolio of clients and their personal insurance policies, working closely with them to understand their needs and provide the right cover. This is a full-time, office-based role.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance requirements and providing professional guidance.
• Policy Administration: Handle the end-to-end administration of insurance policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry regulations.
• Renewals and Upselling: Proactively manage policy renewals, identify upselling opportunities, and contribute to the growth of the client portfolio.
