Job summary

Howden Group Ltd in Manchester is launching an 18-month Commercial Insurance Apprenticeship that leads to a permanent Account Handler role. You’ll join our Commercial & Schemes team and start with a structured induction before taking on more responsibility.

You’ll support clients and insurers, draft clear email correspondence, answer queries by email and phone, maintain records, and build long-term relationships. This is a salary position with progression and fully funded qualifications.

• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and insurers
• Willingness to learn and develop insurance knowledge

Responsibilities

• Support existing clients with insurance policies and inquiries.
• Draft clear email correspondence for clients and insurers.
