Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Learn foundations of commercial insurance and the role of an Account Handler.
• Draft clear professional emails to clients and insurers.
• Communicate with clients and insurers by phone and email.
• Help gather information to manage policies and client requests.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
• Support long-term relationships and customer service.
