Agricultural Recruitment Specialists Ltd is recruiting an Insurance Account Handler / Customer Service Representative for North Yorkshire. You will manage new business, renewals, policy administration and ongoing client support with a strong focus on accuracy and client satisfaction.

The role offers hybrid working in a friendly team environment, with training provided and opportunities for progression. Salary £30,000–£35,000 DOE, UK work rights required.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification is required.
• Good numeracy and computer skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of FCA regulations and General Insurance is helpful.
• Insurance knowledge or willingness to train is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Handle new business, renewals, policy changes and client admin.
• Speak with clients to understand insurance needs and offer options.
• Obtain and compare quotes from insurers.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, insurers and colleagues.
• Process policies and keep accurate records up to date.
• Assist with claims and payment/finance arrangements.
• Ensure high standard of customer service and communication.
