Everywhen is recruiting an Insurance Account Handler in York to support a designated client portfolio and act as the first point of contact for queries. This role suits someone who loves customer service or sales and who can build lasting client relationships.

No prior experience in Insurance is required as full training will be provided, with a generous bonus structure and a focus on personal wellbeing and professional growth within the UK’s largest independent Insurance Brokers.

Qualifications

• Experience in Personal Lines preferred but training will be provided.
• Strong customer service or sales aptitude.
• Able to work Monday to Friday, 9am–5.30pm, with no weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support a designated client portfolio daily and be the first point of contact for queries.
• Build strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver excellent service and cross-sell where appropriate.
