Job summary

Gallagher in Birmingham is seeking an Account Manager to service client accounts within the renewals lifecycle, including renewal administration, insurer presentations, and premium negotiations, with thorough documentation.

You will work with mid-corporate and corporate manufacturing clients, delivering excellent service and liaising with insurers, underwriters, and the Account Executives to secure favourable terms.

Qualifications

• Holding/working towards an ACII / Dip CII / Cert CII qualification.
• Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of general insurance products, services, and industry practices.

Responsibilities

• Servicing accounts within the renewals lifecycle, including renewal administration, preparation of submissions, and negotiation of premiums.
• Prepare documentation for existing clients regarding renewals and mid-term adjustments; liaise with insurers and underwriters.
• Follow up on quotations, support Account Executives, and ensure accurate client data in the system.
