Gallagher is expanding its Chichester Corporate team to support a high-quality mid to large corporate portfolio. You will work with Account Executives across renewals, mid-term adjustments and insurer engagement to provide proactive, technically sound service.

This role sits within the Retail Broking Division, focusing on tailored insurance and risk transfer solutions for mid corporate clients. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Account Handler to deepen technical exposure,

Qualifications

• Experience as an Account Handler within corporate insurance is essential.
• Knowledge of Property, Casualty, Construction, PI, D&O, Motor Trade/Fleet.
• Experience handling corporate clients is preferred; SME is acceptable.
• Strong data handling, accuracy, and regulatory awareness.

Responsibilities

• Create documents for new customers and for mid-term adjustments and renewals.
• Record customer details accurately in the system to ensure data integrity.
• Obtain renewal terms and explore options before choosing best cover.
• Prepare renewal closings from meeting minutes and ensure cover is bound by renewal date.
• Manage insurer and customer queries, confirm cover and chase docs.
• Handle account queries and credit control concerns.
• Apply legal and regulatory policy to internal insurance contracts.
