Job summary

Gallagher's Chichester office is expanding its corporate team and is seeking an experienced Corporate Account Handler to support a mid to large corporate portfolio. You’ll work with Account Executives on renewals, mid-term adjustments and insurer engagement, ensuring clients receive a proactive, technically sound service.

Reporting into the Handling Team Manager, you’ll join a collaborative team where expertise is valued and the focus is on doing the job properly.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Account Handler in corporate insurance essential.
• Knowledge of Property, Casualty, Construction, PI, D&O, Motor Trade/Fleet advantageous.
• SME experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Create documents for new customers, mid-term adjustments and renewals.
• Record customer details accurately and ensure timely data entry.
• Obtain renewal terms and explore options to present best solutions.
• Prepare renewal closings from minutes and ensure cover by renewal date.
• Manage insurer and customer queries and chase outstanding documents.
• Handle account queries, credit control concerns and ensure due diligence.
