Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain a portfolio of high-net-worth insurance clients.
• Maintain accurate client records in internal systems.
• Process new business accounts and documentation within timescales.
• Manage client renewals, including reviewing cover and issuing documents.
• Handle client queries, policy amendments and mid-term adjustments.
• Collaborate with Client Managers to deliver excellent service.
• Prepare client reports and supporting documentation.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling of products.
• Contribute to team revenue through client retention and new business support.
