Confidential in Fleet is seeking an Account Manager / Client Manager in Financial Services to oversee a portfolio of high-net-worth insurance clients. You will ensure policies are placed correctly, handle renewals, and respond to day-to-day enquiries with a professional broking approach.

The role requires strong communication, excellent organisation, and the ability to work independently while supporting the team in delivering a superior client experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance, account management or client services.
• Knowledge of household insurance products.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain a portfolio of high-net-worth insurance clients.
• Maintain accurate client records and update information in internal systems.
• Process new business accounts with accurate policy placement and documentation.
• Manage client renewals, review cover, remarket as needed and issue renewal docs per FCA requirements.
• Handle client queries, policy amendments, and mid-term changes.
• Collaborate with Client Managers and colleagues to deliver excellent service.
• Assist with preparation of client reports and supporting documents.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell products and services.
• Contribute to team revenue through client retention and new business support.
