Job summary

UK Staffing Group is partnering with a leading independent insurance broker to recruit a Private Client Account Executive in London or the North West. The role is predominantly new business focused, with autonomy to grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients and build long-term relationships.

You will network, convert referrals, and work with an experienced leadership team to expand the Private Client division. Hybrid/remote working is available, with a competitive salary and quarterly bonus.

Qualifications

• Experienced insurance professional with Private Client or high net worth focus.
• Proven ability to build trusted client relationships and grow a book.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new Private Client business through networking and referrals.
• Develop and manage relationships with high-net-worth clients.
• Convert referrals into long-term client relationships.
• Build and maintain relationships with introducers and key contacts.
• Advise on a broad range of Private Client insurance solutions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maximise opportunities.
• Deliver exceptional client service while growing your portfolio.
