Confidential in Fleet is seeking an Account Manager / Client Manager in Financial Services to oversee a portfolio of high-net-worth insurance clients. You will ensure policies are placed correctly, handle renewals, and respond to day-to-day enquiries with a professional broking approach.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

To manage a portfolio of high-net-worth insurance clients, providing exceptional customer service The role is responsible for ensuring clients' insurance requirements are met, managing day-to-day enquiries, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting the wider team in delivering a professional broking service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain a portfolio of high-net-worth insurance clients.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure all information is updated within internal systems.
• Process new business accounts, ensuring policies are accurately placed and documentation is issued within agreed timescales.
• Manage client renewals, including reviewing cover, remarketing policies where required, and issuing renewal documentation in line with FCA requirements.
• Handle client queries, policy amendments, and mid-term adjustments relating to cover changes.
• Work collaboratively with Client Managers and colleagues to deliver excellent client service and support account management activities.
• Assist with preparation of client reports and supporting documentation.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client relationships through appropriate cross-selling and up-selling of products and services.
• Contribute towards team revenue objectives through strong client retention and new business support.

Requirements

• Previous experience within insurance, account management, client services, or a similar customer-focused role.
• Knowledge or understanding of household insurance products.
