Job summary

NFU Mutual is recruiting an Insurance Account Handler for its Brigg & Epworth offices. You will deliver exceptional customer service, handle enquiries and policy changes, and spot growth opportunities while working across two local sites. Training will be provided in Brigg with ongoing support from the team.

The role is office-based, full-time (part-time considered), with standard daytime hours and a focus on customer satisfaction. Prior insurance experience is helpful but not required.

Providing exceptional customer service, you will handle enquiries and complete insurance policy changes with a “can-do” proactive enthusiasm. You will also enjoy sales and spotting opportunities for growth. You will relish the challenge of being part of a truly customer focused, ambitious team.The role requires you to work from both our Epworth and Brigg office locations. You will mostly be based at Brigg for your training.About you:Experience of working in the Insurance/Financial Services industry is preferred, but not essential, with a good understanding of compliance proceduresThe ability and desire to learn new systems, products, processes and skillsSomeone who can demonstrate the drive, energy and enthusiasm required to provide a fantastic customer experience to our existing and prospective clientsPro-active with the ability to work independentlyA confident & effective communicator, both written and verbalA proficient IT user with good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
