• Experience using insurance broking systems would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients.
• Handling renewals, mid-term adjustments and new business enquiries.
• Preparing and processing insurance documentation accurately.
• Liaising with insurers to negotiate terms and obtain quotations.
• Providing professional advice on suitable insurance products and cover.
• Responding promptly to client queries by phone and email.
• Building long-term client relationships through outstanding customer service.
• Maintaining records in line with FCA and company compliance requirements.
• Supporting colleagues across the wider team when required.

The Role
