Job summary

Interaction Recruitment Group is recruiting on behalf of a respected independent broker for an experienced Insurance Account Handler. You will manage a portfolio of commercial clients, handle renewals and new business enquiries, and provide expert support through the policy lifecycle.

The role requires a minimum of five years in insurance, with strong knowledge of commercial products, excellent communication, and a detail-oriented approach. Based in Hertfordshire, with Monday to Friday hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Insurance Account Handling or similar commercial role.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
• Confident handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Experience using insurance broking systems would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Hours: Full Time | Monday to Friday

Are you an experienced Insurance Account Handler looking to join a well-established and growing insurance brokerage where your knowledge and client service skills are genuinely valued?

We're recruiting on behalf of a respected independent broker who is looking to add an experienced Account Handler to their commercial insurance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a minimum of five years' insurance experience who enjoys building strong client relationships and delivering first-class service.

The Role

Working within a friendly and professional team, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, providing expert support throughout the policy lifecycle and ensuring clients receive an exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
