Job summary

Scientia Talent Ltd. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to cover the Midlands. You will manage maintenance, calibration, and repair of analytical instruments at customer sites, with full product training provided.

A strong emphasis on hands-on fault-finding and clear communication is expected as you support a growing UK service team. You will travel to customer sites, maintain documentation, and contribute to CRM records.

Qualifications

• Experience with analytical instruments is preferred.
• Strong fault-finding on electronics and test equipment.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and MS Office for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned maintenance and calibration of analytical instruments.
• Diagnose and repair faults at customer sites or in-house.
• Install new systems and train customers on operation.
• Provide remote technical support by phone and online.
