Job summary

Adecco in High Wycombe is seeking an In-house Service Technician to join the service team. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week role offering a salary of 32K per year. You will assess customer instruments in the service lab, perform repairs and calibrations on handheld and benchtop instruments, and document all activities in SAP.

Teamwork and precise record-keeping are essential. Required: basic education in maths, English and science; 1–2 years in instrument service; fluent English; strong IT

Qualifications

• Basic education in maths, English and science.
• Desirable: College certificate in electronics servicing or a related field.
• 1–2 years in instrument service is essential.
• Strong IT skills and good communication are required.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer instruments on arrival at the service lab.
• Maintain records in SAP and other systems with accuracy.
• Perform service, repairs and calibrations on handheld and benchtop instruments.
• Collaborate with team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Participate in special projects as needed.
