Key Responsibilities

• Assess customer instruments upon arrival at the service lab, ensuring a thorough evaluation.
• Maintain accurate records of all operations in SAP and other systems, reflecting diligence and attention to detail.
• Perform service, repairs, and calibrations on handheld and benchtop instruments, adhering to established company procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with fellow team members to ensure exceptional service delivery to customers.

Basic Qualifications

• Education: Required: Basic education in Mathematics, English, and Science.
• Education: Desired: College certificate in electronics servicing or a related field.
• Experience: A minimum of 1 to 2 years in the instrument service sector is essential.
• Core Competencies: Good computer literacy with a focus on accuracy.
• Core Competencies: Strong interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills.
