Job summary

TSI Incorporated in High Wycombe, UK, is seeking a service technician to join the UK service lab. You will service, repair, and calibrate hand-held or bench-top TSI instruments and occasionally other equipment.

The role requires meticulous records and close collaboration with the service team to deliver reliable, timely support to customers. The ideal candidate has a college certificate in electronics servicing (or equivalent), fluent English, strong numerical skills and 1–2 years in instrument

Qualifications

Basic education in Mathematics, English and science.
Fluent English language, both spoken and written.
GCSE or equivalent level language, math, reading, writing and reasoning skills.
College certificate in electronics servicing or similar.

Responsibilities

Assess the customers instruments on arrival into the service lab.
Carry out service, repairs and calibrations to customers instruments following in-house procedures.
Keep records in SAP and other systems of all operations carried out.
Communicate well with other service team members to provide efficient service.
Complete other assignments and special projects as requested.
