Job summary

Nationwide is seeking an Instructional Designer to create and lead learning initiatives with a strong focus on inclusive, blended solutions. You will manage multiple projects within our L&D team, collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders across the business to deliver learning that drives growth and exceptional service.

We offer flexible, hybrid working and hours ranging from 28 to 35 per week. The successful candidate will support onboarding, upskilling and holistic learning across Retail

Qualifications

• Demonstrate strong technical and non-technical design skills.
• Excellent organisational, planning and resourcing abilities.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building.
• Confident communicator with credible L&D consultancy.
• Experience delivering blended learning with measurable impact.
