• Develop, review and update digital and multimedia learning solutions.
• Shape effective learning experiences with SMEs and stakeholders.
• Create learning content across formats including eLearning, video and graphics.
• Use rapid authoring tools to deliver high-quality learning solutions.
• Apply structured learning development methodologies throughout the lifecycle.
• Ensure materials meet design, accessibility and quality standards.
• Conduct thorough QA and identify opportunities for improvement before release.
• Manage multiple learning projects and competing priorities.
