Job summary

Miller’s Vanguard is seeking a highly organized Installations Administrator to provide weekend support to the Installations Department. You will work with installation teams, customers and leadership to plan, coordinate and complete installation and small works activities with accuracy and high customer service standards.

The role suits a proactive professional who excels in a fast-paced environment, maintains records meticulously and communicates effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and coordination of installation, maintenance and service activities.
• Coordinate weekend small works activities, including deliveries and BER swap-outs.
• Maintain accurate customer and job records with proper documentation.
• Liaise with customers, technicians and Customer Service Centres to provide updates.
• Monitor job progress and escalate issues as needed.
• Perform general administrative duties including reporting, data entry and record management.

The Role

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Installations Administrator to provide weekend support to our Installations Department.

In this role, you will work closely with our installation teams, customers, and leadership team to ensure the smooth planning, coordination, and completion of installation and small works activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high levels of accuracy and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and coordination of installation, maintenance, and service activities in line with operational schedules.
• Coordinate weekend small works activities, including deliveries, collections, and BER swap-outs.
• Maintain accurate customer and job records, ensuring all documentation and information is recorded correctly.
• Liaise with customers, technicians, and Customer Service Centres to provide updates and resolve queries.
• Monitor job progress and escalating any issues where required.
• Ensure all activities are conducted in line with company procedures.
• Undertake general administrative duties, including reporting, data entry, and record management.
• Perform any other duties required within the scope of the role.

Skills & Experience

• Competent in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.

• Previous experience in an administrative, scheduling, or coordination role is desirable.
• Experience within an installation, engineering, or service environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
