Job summary

Miller's Vanguard is seeking an organised Commercial Sales Administrator to join our Commercial Team in the UK. You will support sales by preparing quotations, processing orders, and handling customer enquiries while maintaining accurate commercial records.

You will collaborate with customers, suppliers, Account Managers, and internal teams to drive service and growth. Key responsibilities include producing quotations, processing orders, supporting pricing requests, and generating sales

Qualifications

• Previous administration experience in a sales, commercial, customer service, or operational environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Confidence working with pricing and commercial data.
• Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• A proactive and flexible approach to work.

Job description

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 17:00pm

About the Role

We're looking for an organised and proactive Commercial Sales Administrator to join our Commercial Team.

You'll play a key role in supporting our sales activities by preparing quotations, processing orders, managing customer enquiries, and maintaining accurate commercial records. Working closely with customers, suppliers, Account Managers, and internal teams, you'll help deliver excellent customer service while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue customer quotations.
• Process sales orders and maintain accurate records.
• Support pricing requests, proposals, and customer documentation.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide order updates.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to gather information.
