Job summary

HVAC Recruitment is seeking an Installation Scheduler to join a busy Operations team. Coordinate installation work between customers, subcontractors and engineers, ensuring appointments are set efficiently and installations run smoothly.

As part of the role you will maintain clear communication, manage multiple priorities and provide excellent customer service throughout the installation process. Some periods may require weekend work across different teams in the business.

Qualifications

• Previous scheduling experience would be beneficial but not essential.
• Experience in coordination, administration, customer service, FM, engineering, construction or field service is advantageous.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Confidence speaking with customers, engineers, subcontractors and tradespeople.
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and changing schedules.
• Proactive approach to problem solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating installation appointments between customers, subcontractors and engineers.
• Scheduling installation work efficiently and ensuring engineers and subcontractors have necessary information.
• Communicating with customers, subcontractors and engineers by telephone and email.
• Managing multiple installations and changing priorities during the day.
• Dealing with schedule changes and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Providing excellent customer service throughout the installation process.
• Supporting the wider team during busy periods or short-staffed times.
• Maintaining accurate records and keeping scheduling information up to date.
