Job summary

JLA Limited is seeking a role focused on coordinating installation projects and managing an order book. You will liaise with customers, installers, and internal teams to ensure updates, delivery dates, and progress are clearly communicated and tracked.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, organisation, and collaboration with stakeholders to deliver hassle-free installations and maintain service excellence.

Qualifications

• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Proficient level of computer skills.
• Good knowledge of the English language, both written and verbal.
• Experience working with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage an order book with accurate notes and delivery dates.
• Keep customers updated with install progress.
• Conduct order book reviews with key stakeholders.
• Resolve queries to move installs forward.
• Take calls from customers with installations queries.
• Liaise with installers and subcontractors to arrange installs.
