Job summary

JH Turkington & Sons Ltd is hiring an Installation Co-ordinator to schedule installations of windows, doors and roofline, coordinating with installers and the delivery team to ensure first-time-right outcomes.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, customer-focused and able to communicate via phone, email and letters. A minimum of two years in admin or customer service and strong Microsoft Office skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in administration or customer service in a busy office.
• Experience with works scheduling and planning.
• Experience with workflow management or CRM software.
• Strong customer service background and Microsoft Office knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Schedule installation works for teams to meet targets and service needs.
• Handle daily install queries to maximise values and minimise disruption.
• Prepare store and installation team contract paperwork.
• Coordinate with surveyors on unusual requirements and with CS team for scheduling.
• Address customer queries and resolve issues; improve RFT completion rates.
• Record data from completion sheets to analyse and improve processes.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage installation materials to meet dates.
• Check labour invoices and perform van checks; adjust pricing as needed.
• Support colleagues and management on installation, service and maintenance queries.
• Comply with Health & Safety requirements and perform other duties as needed.
