Job summary

Chase Taylor Recruitment Ltd are working on behalf of a well-established home improvement company in Telford to recruit an experienced Installation Coordinator. The role focuses on coordinating installation and service activities, managing engineers and surveyor diaries, and ensuring appointments run smoothly with professional customer communication.

You will liaise with customers, engineers and internal teams to keep visits efficient, maintain accurate records, and provide proactive updates

Qualifications

• Experience in fenestration or home-improvement industry.
• Knowledge of window/door products and installation processes.
• Experience coordinating engineers, installers or surveyors.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and diary management.
• Proficient with computerised systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and book service engineers and surveyors.
• Manage diaries and schedule customer visits.
• Liaise with customers to arrange appointments and provide updates.
• Handle customer queries, issues and changes to appointments.
• Resolve issues and provide reassurance with clear information.
• Work with engineers, surveyors and internal teams to ensure visits are completed efficiently.
• Keep customers informed throughout the installation and service process.
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
