Job summary

Wild Recruitment is seeking two Installation Engineers to join our growing operations team delivering installation and maintenance projects across the UK. This hands-on role combines installation expertise, on-site coordination and mentoring of junior team members.

You will work with a Project Safety Manager to ensure quality, safety and timely completion, travel nationwide, and build strong relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• Previous installation experience within a site-based environment.
• Strong awareness of health and safety requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with site teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of installation and maintenance projects across the UK.
• Coordinate site activities with the Project Safety Manager.
• Organise daily tasks and work activities for installation teams.
• Carry out quality inspections and ensure work meets company standards.
• Maintain site stock, materials and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and RAMS.
• Provide practical support and guidance to installers on site.
• Complete project documentation, site reports and photographic records.
• Build positive customer relationships and represent the business professionally.

This is a hands-on role combining installation expertise, team support and on-site coordination. Working alongside a Project Safety Manager, you’ll help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

The role is ideally suited to an experienced installer looking to take the next step in their career or someone already leading small teams on site who enjoys a varied role with nationwide projects.

Kettering / Market Harborough Based | UK-Wide Projects

• Support the delivery of installation and maintenance projects across the UK.
• Work closely with the Project Safety Manager to coordinate site activities.
• Assist in organising daily tasks and work activities for installation teams.
• Carry out quality inspections and ensure work is completed to company standards.
• Maintain site stock, materials and equipment.
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety procedures and site-specific RAMS.
• Provide practical support, coaching and guidance to installers on site.
• Complete project documentation, site reports and photographic records.
• Build positive customer relationships while representing the business professionally. We'd love to hear from candidates with experience in:
