Job summary

Quickline Communications is seeking an Installation Engineer to connect rural communities to broadband. You will work on external and internal installations, discuss routes with customers, and ensure the finished project meets high standards.

You will conduct site surveys, document equipment, capture installation images for records, and keep lines of communication open with customers to exceed expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role with FTTP/FWA knowledge is preferred.
• Comfortable working at heights and climbing ladders.
• Customer care comes naturally and you communicate clearly.
• Full clean driving licence and DBS check passed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high installation quality at customer premises both internally and externally.
• Liaise with customers about the installation route and the final appearance.
• Ensure a safe working environment with strict health and safety adherence.
• Conduct installation surveys and evaluate options to deliver service.
• Document installed equipment information and capture images for records.
• Provide excellent customer communications and aim to exceed expectations.

• Maintain a high quality standard of installation both internally and externally at our customers premises.
