Qualifications

• Experience supporting children with ASD, SEMH, or challenging behaviour.
• Confident and proactive approach to behaviour management.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain.
• Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset.
• Team-Teach training is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide targeted support for pupils with SEMH and ASD.
• Manage dysregulation with professionalism and compassion.
• Collaborate with the class teacher and SEND team.
