Job summary

Protocol Education Ltd is urgently seeking a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in West Drayton. This role offers an immediate start and regular hours from 8:15am to 3:15pm, with a focus on pupils with SEND on a 1:1 and small group basis.

You will support learners with ASD, ADHD, and non-verbal communication, working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to provide tailored support and help pupils access learning in a calm, patient manner.

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting children with SEND (ASD, ADHD, SEMH).
  • Comfortable working with non-verbal pupils.

We are urgently looking for a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in West Drayton.

Immediate start available – limited trial slots this week!

Key Details:
  • Trial Day: Week commencing 13th April
  • Start Date: Immediate (Post Trial day)
  • Hours: 8:15am – 3:15pm
  • Pay: £95–£105 per day
  • Location: West Drayton
About the Role:

You will be supporting pupils with additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, and non-verbal learners, on a 1:1 and small group basis.

This role requires patience, consistency, and a calm approach to behaviour. You’ll be working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to provide tailored support and help pupils access learning.
