Qualifications

• QTS and a relevant teaching degree.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Experience working with SEN or ASC pupils (desirable, not essential).

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons meeting individual learning needs.
• Support pupils with autism and additional needs to develop academically, socially, and emotionally.
• Promote independence, communication, confidence and resilience.
• Work collaboratively with TAs, therapists, and parents to ensure holistic support.
• Contribute positively to an inclusive, caring and creativity-driven school culture.
