Job summary

Supply Desk is seeking a passionate SEN Teacher to join a welcoming school near Farnham. This role accepts either a primary or secondary teacher with a strong commitment to inclusion and delivering high-quality, differentiated lessons.

You will support pupils with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD and SEMH, creating a positive classroom climate where every pupil can thrive academically and emotionally.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering inclusive education to pupils with SEN.

Responsibilities

Supply Desk are seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher to join a welcoming and inclusive apecialist school near Farnham. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people with Special Educational Needs. The successful candidate will deliver engaging, personalised and differentiated learning to pupils with a range of additional needs, supporting their academic progress, personal development and emotional wellbeing. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Passionate about delivering high-quality, inclusive education and supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs.
• Experience or understanding of supporting pupils with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs and learning difficulties.
• Committed to supporting pupils both academically, socially and emotionally.
• A confident and adaptable classroom practitioner who can differentiate learning to meet a range of individual needs.
• A strong communicator who works effectively as part of a wider school and support team.
• Able to build positive, trusting relationships with pupils, parents, carers and colleagues.
• Professional, patient, reliable and resilient in their approach to teaching and supporting pupils.
