Responsibilities

• Adapted Curriculum Planning: tailor high‑impact lessons to the National Curriculum and diverse pupil needs.
• Core Subject Mastery: employ interactive teaching tools, maths strategies, and phonics schemes to lift attainment.
• Classroom Team Guidance: mentor and direct Teaching Assistants to keep a safe, organised learning space.
• Progress Tracking: use structured assessments to monitor milestones and celebrate growth.
• Multidisciplinary Liaison: work with SENCO, key stage coordinators, and leadership to support SEND/EAL pupils.
• Parental Partnerships: maintain clear communications with parents to support home‑school links.
