Job summary

ExamWorks Investigation Services Limited, based in Bolton, seeks an inspirational Team Manager to lead and develop a high performing operational team. You will drive customer service excellence, manage workloads, and ensure achievement of KPIs and SLAs while fostering a positive workplace culture.

You will coach and mentor team members, conduct performance reviews, support recruitment, onboarding and continuous improvement initiatives across Operations, Quality Assurance, Sales, Training and HR

Qualifications

• Experience managing and developing a team.
• Proven ability to deliver results against KPIs and SLAs.
• Experience setting and managing performance objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and motivate a team to deliver outstanding service and achieve operational targets.
• Manage workloads and resources to meet internal and external service level agreements (SLAs).
• Monitor productivity, quality and performance against KPIs.
• Provide coaching, mentoring and development support to team members.
• Conduct performance reviews, appraisals and team meetings.
