• Deliver high-quality whole-class teaching and PPA cover across the primary age range.
• Support planning, assessment and delivery of engaging lessons.
• Provide targeted support and interventions for pupils with SEND, including autism and physical disabilities.
• Adapt learning and resources to meet a wide range of needs, including pupils on a semi-formal pathway.
• Work closely with teachers, the SENDCo and external professionals to ensure all pupils achieve their full potential.
