Job summary

Hillcroft Primary School, part of GLF Schools, is seeking a passionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will work with the Headteacher and staff to support pupils with diverse learning needs, delivering planned lessons and contributing to an inclusive learning environment.

The successful candidate will hold an HLTA qualification (or willingness to undertake) and GCSEs in English and Maths, with strong organisational and communication

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or above.
• HLTA qualification (or willingness to undertake).
• Experience in supporting and delivering lessons to whole classes.
